Introduction to Residential Lettings (1 day course)
A great starter for those new to the residential lettings business. During the day we will cover all aspects of being a letting agent from the appraisal to signing the tenancy. If you want us to, we can also utilise your own company paperwork making it more personalised to the company.
Day Course
Advanced Residential Lettings (1 day course)
Taking you deeper into the ever-changing world of lettings. During the day we will cover a multitude of related subjects that a letting agent expects to deal with including breach of contract, serving notices & Houses in Multiple Occupation.

National Approved Qualification Training (Lettings Level 3) (4 days or 8 half days)
The Government are keen for all those working in the property industry to hold a recognised qualification. In 2019 the RoPA report stated that all agency staff who deal in “reserved activities” i.e., conducting viewings, market appraisals, negotiation between and on behalf of clients & purchasers or clients and tenants, along with those who provide direct advice, must have a minimum of a level 3 qualification. The report put’s the emphasis on sales, lettings and auctioneers dealing in the residential property market. At Carrfield Property Training, we believe that anyone who has made the decision that their future lies in property should become Level 3 trained, and more, it will certainly help their career path and we are more than happy to advise them. Please remember, that when the report becomes an Act, and in turn mandatory, that along with the staff, directors and company owners will be required to hold a level 4 qualification.
The following course takes you further to your own professional development. Once you have undertaken the training, revised & taken the exams required (and passed!), you become RoPA qualified in advance of the Act coming into force , we will of course guide you through the process

Creating Your Own Inventories In-House (1 day course)
With the introduction of the Tenant Fees Act in 2019 and then the act being extended on 1st June 2020 to cover all tenancies, businesses are now restricted as to what they can charge for and so need to create revenue elsewhere. Our course shows you not only how to create your own written and photographic inventories, but will also look at the important legal aspects required when creating that all important document.

How often do you run your courses?
We run introduction and advanced courses throughout the year, but our level 3 courses are usually booked in advance by the companies wishing to take them. If you want to be kept posted about when courses are running, just send us a request by email.
How does the online training work?
All online training courses are carried out via zoom which means you can be anywhere and pick up the course, but a good internet connection is essential.
